Phantom Group Ltd.®, has 5 years of experience in Hungarian and Romanian market. Besides evaluating the level of customer service we research customer satisfaction. Now we are about to execute international projects covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Mystery Shoppers do undercover testing in our clients’ business units. They appear as an average client and evaluate service through imitating a pre-specified situation. They record their experiences by filling a questionnaire.
The profile of mystery shoppers we are searching for:
- Min. 18 years old
- Good communicator also in English
- Internet access

Payment is project based and is calculated taking into consideration the working hours required from shoppers. It is between EUR 12-16.
Please note that the position does not require working on it full time. You can do this beside your job to earn part time income.
