We are currently seeking (5) language instructors with proficiency equivalent to an educated native speaker for the following languages: (4) English as a Foreign Language (EFL), (1) German as a Foreign Language (GFL) to teach adult students at all proficiency levels in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany area. Period of performance is March 1, 2009 – February 28, 2010.
A working knowledge of English is required. Instructors must have extensive experience, be able to develop authentic instructional and test materials, conduct language and cross-cultural classes, provide other instructional work to develop and improve the language proficiency of students, the ability to teach classes centered on oral communications, pronunciation, language structure, listening and reading comprehension, plus gisting, translation and transcription, and have experience working in a government or military environment (is preferred).
