This program requires two days of training for normal users. Usualy this is done directly
by us by going to the clients' location. We can provide on location the installation and
training outside Romania for customers who are willing to pay the cost for the operation.
The program is easy to learn and use but we strongly advise to ask and plan for training
before considering to buy this product. This software is used by the biggest producers of
PVC, aluminium and wood Windows and doors in Romania, so you can have the confidence that
the product is well tested and used in small, medium and large production conditions.
The first version of the program was developed in 2001, now the program is at version 4.2
and is still developing to meet clients' demands. We already have clients outside
Romania,in Canada, Cyprus and Russia, to mention a few. The product was not marketed
outside Romania until now because of the problem of training clients outside Romania. This
is still an issue that we are working to resolve. For the clients who are not willing to
pay the cost of installation and training on the clients' location we can offer tehnical
support by telephone and by email. We can also do remote training sessions. The choice is
yours.
Another issue that we want to touch is the databases. We have a set of standard databases
from different producers all over the world. To give a few examples : Rehau, Salamander,
Veka, Profilco, Alumil, Balkan, Aluplast, Deceunink (PVC and aluminium profiles) and GU
Unijet, Maco, Roto NT, Vorne, Sigenia (windows and doors hardware). If we don’t have what
you are using, we can make a new database if provided with a tehnical catalog.
Many clients use the standard databases that we supply and only modify the prices for
profiles, hardware and accessories but there are some clients who need a lot of
modifications on their databases. For this we only need the database that can be sent by
email and we can do all the modifications required for a service fee. With some
experience and time almost all the modifications to the databases can be also done by the
client.
