The M2SYS™ Bio-TimeClock™ enables software developers or end users to rapidly add an enterprise-ready biometric time tracking module to their application suite. As an integrated or stand-alone system, any person can be instantly clocked in or out of the application by simply placing their finger on a high-performance fingerprint scanner, such as the M2-S™ Reader, connected to a Windows-based PC. This requires individuals to be physically present when recording attendance, and holds them truly accountable for their actions. The system installs from the CD-ROM and is ready for use within minutes.
Bio-TimeClock™ can be integrated into any Windows or Web based time and attendance or accounting software, providing an instant front-end biometric time clock. The solution is ideal for employee, student, or customer time tracking in small, medium and large organizations, offering the following benefits:

The system provides complete administrative control, monitoring, enrollment, record management, and reporting functions within a simple user interface. Administrators follow an intuitive control menu to add new persons, including important contact information, a digital photograph, and fingerprints. Once a person has been enrolled in the system, his/her picture, profile information, and timestamp are instantly displayed on any PC running Bio-TimeClock™ after a single fingerprint scan.
Bio-TimeClock™ leverages M2SYS’ robust, patent-pending Bio-Plugin™ fingerprint recognition technology to compare fingerprints quickly and accurately, even with thousands of enrollees. The system is also enterprise-ready, meaning you can manage user accounts centrally and monitor authentication requests from many distributed locations.
Administrators can manage all enrolled user information from a central console. Authentication requests are tracked in real-time and data is easily maintained through an intuitive interface.
When adding a new person into the system, administrators input general contact information, capture a digital photograph, and enroll the person’s fingerprints. Two fingerprints are stored for each person so there is always a backup.
At any PC with M2-S Fingerprint Reader and Bio-TimeClock™ client software, an enrolled person can be instantly identified with a single fingerprint scan. Once authenticated, the person’s picture and information is displayed.
Multiple reporting features are available through the admin console. Authentication activity can be monitored in real-time and custom reports can be generated to retrieve a breakdown of activity over a designated time frame in a printer-friendly format. All time and attendance data can be easily exported to a back-end accounting system.
