Hostel owner located right in the heart of Cusco-Peru, seeking for an investor/partner to renovate and convert to a boutique-hostel concept addressed for the European tourist. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Cusco Plaza de Armas and anything and everything you could ask for (ie. internet cafes, drugstores, food stores) are practically on the same street. The hostel is very pretty, quaint and cozy; simple yet featuring so much character, with beautiful whitewashed, hacienda-style interior with curved arches and doorways. Bedrooms are very pretty and clean, the little wooden shutters of the window added so much charm. Just outside the hostel door is a balcony you could actual walk out onto and view the busy El Sol Avenue, great business potential, demand is intense in Cusco City, due to tourist passengers in their route to Machu-Picchu that was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1983 when it was described as "an absolute masterpiece of architecture and a unique testimony to the Inca civilization". On July 7, 2007, Machu Picchu was voted as one of New Open World Corporation's New Seven Wonders of the World.
