For a business in the energy sector in the Philippines, which I will start in summer 2009 I look for creditors or silent partners. The sum of 350.000,-€ is needed to run that business smoothly for the first 5 years. German bancs will not give a credit because the business is in the Phils, Phil bancs will not give because I am a foreigner there. I will move there with my wife to live and work there.
